Theoretical understanding of the nature values of law and legal principles of science

The article analyzes the views of scientists on the problem of understanding the value of law and legal principles in the Russian legal science. In the framework of the conducted arguments, the author concretizes the essential properties of law, legal principles, the legal significance of the nature of these phenomena to revise the essence of law at the present stage of development of society. Law and legal principles arise in the presence of appropriate objective conditions, have a historical character or reflect the results of rational understanding of the laws of development of the objective reality. As a result of social development, legal worldview and centuries-old historical experience show how the right to the evolution of scientific views, reflected in the fundamental ideas and ideals.
