Game-theoretic tools of enterprises interaction in the strategic planning system

Strategic planning is the basic principle of the effective functioning of any modern enterprise, regardless of the branch of the national economy in which it implements its economic activities. The relevance of research in this area is confirmed by the need for continuous improvement of the system of strategic development of entrepreneurship in conditions of global uncertainty and risk. In this article, it is proposed to consider the issues of interaction of enterprises in the strategic planning system based on economic and mathematical modeling. The key method of research is game theory. The use of game-theoretic tools in practice makes it possible to rationalize the interaction of enterprises in the strategic planning system by setting specific parameters of their activities, and to develop sustainable points of maximizing efficiency. Within the framework of the article, the following tasks were performed: a theoretical analysis of the adaptation of game theory to strategic planning issues was carried out; the problem of intercorporate interaction based on game theory was worked out; the use of risk coefficients and cooperation was proposed; the significance of the game-theoretic approach for the machine-building industry is determined; the index of mutual influence of enterprises is proposed. The proposed components of the author’s methodology will allow us to develop high-quality tools for optimizing the strategic planning system mathematically. In the future, it is proposed to develop the applied value of the considered model for the machine-building complex and to justify its practical application in industrial enterprises.
