This article discusses in detail issues related to improving and increasing the efficiency of justice in the context of judicial reform and constitutional changes. The article substantiates the point of view according to which, in order to increase the efficiency of justice, the development of interaction between links within the judicial system in ensuring uniform execution of the law and uniformity of judicial practice in ensuring the unity of judicial policy is of great importance.
