The article highlights the relevance of the issue of theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of various models of personnel management in the service sector. The trends that deserve attention in determining the models of personnel management in modern conditions are considered. In addition to the basic research, other identified models of personnel management are characterized. It is noted that it is advisable to carry out personnel management in service sector organizations in three directions, which are discussed in the article. The reasons for the need to improve various models of personnel management are highlighted.
