The theoretical aspects of the partnership with stakeholders are considered in the article, as one of factors of increase of competitiveness of the enterprises, based on the stakeholder theory and resource sharing, which reflect the development of partnerships. Methodology of estimation of level and quality of development of partnerships is offered and approved. The main directions of cooperation forming with stakeholders on the basis of cooperation Standard with stakeholders, forming the partners database with CRM-technologies, using of trade marketing events for the target stakeholders are defined.
