Theoretical and methodological aspects of service workers’ labor management

The article analyses theoretical and methodological aspects of service workers’ labor management. The relevance of the problem is justified by the fact that it is necessary to improve the system of social partnership on a state level and clearly regulate the observance of the tripartite agreements, conventions and recommendations of the ILO «On labour clauses in public contracts of power», «About the organisation of the employment service», the «Tripartite Declaration of principles concerning multinational enterprises and social policy» which contained appeals and reference to the actions of national authorities in accordance with the legislation of the countries.
