Theoretical and methodological aspects of project management in small and medium businesses: models, risks and efficiency

In recent years, the relevance of project management in small and medium businesses (SMEs) has increased dramatically. This fact is associated with significant risks and external constraints that our country currently faces. Which leads to the need to increase the competitiveness of small and medium businesses. Especially in the context of a sharp rise in the cost of loans for business development, modern enterprises are faced with major problems of sustainable operation. In connection with the above, the author of this article attempted a scientific analysis and critical understanding of the model, risks and effectiveness of project management in small and medium businesses.
