Introduction: Modern process of political-managerial interaction is a complex phenomenon. This complexity is determined by different approaches to studying the stimuli to political behaviour. Micro approach to a company’s activities focuses on internal motives lying under lobbying which the oraniztion is able to analyze and define. However, influence of external factors that exist outside the company’s operations, and often beyond its control, can be also considered an important impetus to lobbyism. External pressure occurs from various directions and at different levels while the organisation interacts with the state, sometimes having a nonlinear character, depending on the structure of organization, industry and the system of state bodies.
