Theoretical and methodological basis of legal and political culture formation of future lawyers

The problems of the formation and activity of the legal elite of modern society are undoubtedly related to the issue of legal and political culture in the preparation of highly qualified lawyers, legal experts. The global and integration processes associated with the Russian statehood, the construction of a civil society and the rule of law require an appropriate legal culture of citizens, especially legal professionals. The most important task of modern legal education is the making students free, highly qualified specialists, worthy of their state, capable of solving important legal problems of society. Political culture reflects the degree of conscious assimilation and theoretical comprehension of historical and political knowledge, awareness of political values, the ability to foresee the political consequences of one's own activities. The legal and political culture of future lawyers is a necessary condition for the civil formation of an individual, its humanistic orientation.
