Theoretical-methodological bases of clusters and their role in enhancing the sustainability of national economics

Problems of sustainable development of economics of Russia and Belarus are revealed. The essence of the cluster in terms of self-organization of economic systems, the role of clusters in innovative development of national economy is proved. The comparative analysis of various types of clusters is carried out. Competitive advantages and risks of the participants of the clusters are analyzed.
