The theoretic methodological bases of the national monetary system stability estimation

The article considers the results of the studies on development of the methodology for estimation of the national monetary system stability. The author defines the concept of monetary system stability, discusses two aspects of its estimation (qualitative and quantitative), and presents the analysis algorithms according to those two directions. It was established, that the qualitative analysis includes legal and research approaches, while the quantitative analysis applies the algorithm of absolute and relative monetary aggregates’ estimation in order to determine the stability of the national monetary system.
