The theoretical and methodological approaches to research of professional punishment of workers of the pension fund

In the article theoretical and methodological bases of professional burnout of specialists of helping professions are considered on the example of the state pension fund. The author analyzes foreign and domestic approaches to the understanding of burnout, which will allow to identify the most optimal models, forms and methods of preventing this phenomenon and level the risk factors of professional deformation.
