Addictive goods in the theory of the markets of "goods under wardship"

The article deals with the theoretical study of the imperfect markets of the addictive goods, including alcoholic products, tobacco goods, medicaments, drugs that are referred to the addictive goods. According to the markedfeatures the uncommon goods are suggested be consideredas the group of the goods under wardship. The causes of the social wardship of addictive goods were studied. Special problems of the methods of the institute of social wardship of the addictive goods were substantiated.
