Theoretical and legal characteristics of the separation of powers in a state governed by the rule of law

The study of issues related to such a principle of the rule of law as the separation of powers, today acts as one of the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of regulating public relations in the context of building a partnership model of interaction between society and the state. The authors, analyzing the scientific literature, substantiate the expediency of distinguishing the concepts of "signs of the rule of law" and "principles of the rule of law", reveal the essence of the separation of powers in the state as one of the principles of the rule of law, and also propose a list of measures for a more complete implementation of the principle of separation of powers and the speedy construction of the rule of law in the Russian Federation.
