Theoretical and legal component of ensuring economic and financial security of states (as in the case of Kyrgyzstan)

There is a need to develop a unified strategic normative document that would concern and regulate all aspects of financial process in order to provide for the state financial security. Complicated character of the financial security concept implies not only the fact that the governance system ensuring the economic and financial security must have a cross-sectoral and integrated approach, but also implies the fact that the state approach should be reflected/unified within the document or an act of conceptual/strategic direction.
