Theoretical and legal analysis of administrative legal proceedings as a form of public justice

This paper aims to provide a theoretical and legal analysis of the key provisions underlying administrative court proceedings in the system of courts of general jurisdiction. The analysis systematically addresses such elements as the definition and distinctive features of this type of court procedure, its main tasks and functions, as well as the principles upon which the administrative process is based. Particular attention is given to their classification and the issues that continue to cause disagreements in the academic community. Additionally, the study covers the procedural stages involved in handling administrative cases.
