Theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of «property crisis» with other concepts, which characterize the unsatisfying financial condition of the organization

The bankrupt concept of «property crisis» still has no objective criteria and signs. In addition, a property crisis is understood, among other things, as a crisis situation that may occur in the future. In this article, the author attempts to distinguish the concepts of «property crisis», «objective bankruptcy», «insolvency», «insufficiency of property», to identify similarities and differences of concepts, as well as to pose theoretical and practical problems that arise and require resolution.
