Theoretical and legal aspects of the mechanism of regulation of agricultural cooperation in modern Russia

The purpose of the article is a theoretical and legal study of the features of the mechanism of legal regulation of agricultural cooperation in modern Russia. Highlighting the mechanism of legal regulation of agricultural cooperation as the subject of research, the author comes to the conclusion that there is no definition and comprehensive study of this category in the legal literature. The article describes the main elements of the mechanism and justifies their significance and effectiveness. The author analyzes the main approaches to the consideration of the category “mechanism of legal regulation”, formulated its own definition of the category “mechanism of legal regulation of agricultural cooperation”, considered the existing problems, and developed ways to develop and improve the mechanism of legal regulation of agricultural cooperation in Russia. Justifying the importance of agricultural cooperation as one of the main directions of stabilization and improvement of agricultural production , stimulating entrepreneurial activity of the population and increasing the level of socio-economic development of Russia, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to create an optimal mechanism for legal regulation of agricultural cooperation that corresponds to the current level of development of market relations.
