Theoretical and legal basis of social protection of troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation

The article considers the existing points of view on the concept of "social protection". On the basis of a critical analysis, we put forward our own position, which is most suitable for such a category as soldiers of the national guard. The basic legal acts that regulate the application of this institution in practice, as a result of which it was found out that the military have the right to housing, medical care, free travel, food and clothing, as well as trade and consumer services.
