Theoretical and legal approaches to the definition of the system of the principles of legislative regulation of artificial intelligence at the present stage of development of the rule-of-law state

In the paper, the authors investigate the problem of identifying and substantiating the principles of legal regulation of cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, various types of robots and robotics objects in national and supranational law. On the basis of comparative legal analysis of existing approaches to the definition of artificial intelligence, the authors of this paper form a system of principles depending on the definition of technological systems as an object or subject of law and legal relations in various fields of law and legislation.
