Theory rationale for government regulation of market relations in Russian agriculture and historical experience

Based on the theories of foreign and Russian scientists the author proves the need for state regulation of market relations in Russian agriculture at present. The main substantiation arguments are historical experience of different types of civilizations and its reflection in the concepts of theorists. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to take into account permanent features of the agrarian sector and its rural society in the context of market conditions.
