Theory of cycles of N. D. Kondratyev: contents and views in the conditions of new financial crisis

In this article main types of cycles, in particular N. D. Kondratyev's theory are considered. The main reasons for crises of 2008-2009 and 2014-2015 in a foreshortening of Kondratyevsky cycles are given. The attempt to draw a theory parallel of "long waves" with new financial crisis of 2014-2015 is also made.
