Theory and methodology of terrorism and religious extremism in the conditions of globalization

The article considers the analysis of legal problems of the theory and methodology of terrorism and religious extremism in the context of globalization as the most important factor. Today, in the process of a changing world, the problem of Kyrgyzstan's national security has acquired an urgent and global character. All this is due to the fact that during the period of transformation of society, value orientations, attitudes towards the integrity of the state, to internal and external threats to the Kyrgyz Republic have changed. Most of the youth and citizens of the republic found themselves in a vacuum of ideology, politics, economics and the priority of the interests of the state and the Kyrgyz society, so this problem has become a state problem. The problems of national security of the Kyrgyz Republic such as terrorism, religious radicalization of social groups, individuals are relevant not only in relation to the legal aspect, but also to the modern historical period of the Kyrgyz Republic.
