Theory and practice of pricing in the real estate market

The article discusses the theory and practice of pricing in the real estate market. The reasons for the price dynamics of the studied industry in the conditions of uncertainty and strengthening of sanctions restrictions are identified and analyzed. The article presents a system of prices in the real estate market, which has certain specifics: the calculation of the value of a real estate object, the need to take into account the cadastral value of land, the legal basis for evaluating real estate objects and other factors. The methods of determining the market value of a real estate object are given and formalized: profitable, comparative, costly.
