Theory and practice of physical education of students in higher educational institutions

This article deals with the motivation of students in the field of physical culture, as well as ways to attract the interest of the younger generation to physical activity. Also about the current problems they face and may still face in the near future. The author of the article conducted a sociological survey within the framework of a higher educational institution among students aged 18-25 on the topic of physical education within a higher educational institution, as well as touched on the topic of independent studies. A detailed analysis of the survey as a percentage shows the distribution of opinions at a given time. Thanks to which you can see the real attitude of the younger generation of students to knowledge and taking care of their own health.
