The article gives a common view of the contemporary problems in studying the category of reflection, theory of conditional reflection and cognitive-evolutionary approach in epistemology as a connective in dialectical approach in the cognition between philosophy and methodologies of exact sciences. The cognitive-evolutionary approach is positioned as a tool in developing the theory of conditional reflection.
