The article is devoted to linguopoetics as a separate branch of philology and the theory of narrative types as one of the most important methods within linguopoetics. Relying on Aristotle's trichotomy «inherent / possibly inherent / necessarily inherent», it is possible to differentiate between such narrative types as description, contemplation and volition.
