The theory of interaction with stakeholders in relation to the socio-economic development of the region

This article analyzes the socio-economic development of the region in the context of interaction with stakeholders. The author describes the main provisions of the theory of interaction with them, highlights the role of Richard Freeman in the creation of this theory. The characteristic of the main groups of stakeholders of the region is given, the assessment of their interests is given. It is noted that the interests of stakeholders on the one hand are individual, on the other hand may have a common goal and direction. The possibility of a classification of stakeholders according to different criteria. Two classifications of both stakeholders and enterprises based on the theory of interaction with stakeholders are given. The classification of stakeholder groups regarding their participation in the socio-economic development of the region is proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of applying such a classification in the development of measures for the progressive development of the region.
