Ventilation air heat utilize with heat exchanger on heat pipes

Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of this study is to develop a functional and technical design and a physical model for a heat exchanger used in ventilation air that uses heat pipes. This will reduce energy and materials costs for creating a desired microclimate in livestock rooms. To conduct the research, we developed a functional and technical design, a physical model, and a laboratory stand equipped with an automated data-collection system. We used methods such as physical modeling, experimental planning, statistical analysis, and visualization to analyze the results. It has been established that using heat pipes to transfer heat from heated air in the room to supply air through heat exchange results in more than a 2-fold reduction in the area of the heat-exchange surface as well as mass and dimensional parameters of the system, while maintaining the same heating capacity as conventional systems. The thermal efficiency of the heat transfer process is at a level of 0.51, which is typical for low-potential heat exchange devices.
