Mammary cancer is first among malignant diseases in women all over the world. Upper limb postmastectomic pathology as lymphedema, mobility limitation in the shoulder, disorder of hand functions, muscle strength decrease most often is the cause of disability in these patients. Marked postmastectomic lymphedema leads to aggravating the upper limb motor function, as well to disordering the locomotor apparatus static-and-dynamic function. Controlling the change in the upper limb state is necessary to prescribe adequate restorative therapy and prosthetics. Thermovision can be used for the dynamic estimation of microcirculatory disorders in the upper limbs at the stages of patients' rehabilitation after radical treatment of mammary cancer. While interpretating the results of thermovision, in every case it is necessary to take into consideration the changes in the asymmetry measurements of forearm and above-shoulder temperatures.
