The authors present results of investigations of heat capacity, thermal dilatation, intensive magnetocaloric effect and susceptibility to hydrostatic pressure of La 07Pb 03MnO 3 single crystal. Experimental data were analyzed within the frame of the magnetocaloric and barocaloric efficiency of manganites in the vicinity offerromagnetic phase transition.
