Hyperlink terms in legal texts

Бесплатный доступ

In a legal text, one can distinguish three types of semantically marked hyperlinks: obvious, non-obvious, and open. The subject of consideration in this paper is non-obvious hyperlinks implemented by means of hyperlink terms. Non-obvious hyperlinks are understood as graphically unmarked elements of the hypertext structure, fragments of the source text materialized by means of a term or a terminological combination, which actualize in the source text the meaning fixed in the specific text that is the object of the link, providing the only correct interpretation of the source text. The article attempts to describe the parameters on the basis of which a term functioning in a legal text can be considered as a hyperlink.
