Termolyuminofor based on CaB4O7: Dy

Borates Mg2B2O5: Dy, Mg3B2O6: Dy, LiMg0, 5B4O7: Dy, LiMgBO3: Dy, AB4O7: Dy (A = Sr, Ca, Cd, Ba) are synthesized by solid-phase reaction, which are studied by thermally stimulated luminescence method. Highly borate termolyuminofor CaB4O7: Dy is obtained. A comparison of CaB4O7: Dy with a known thermoluminescent material MgB4O7: Dy is made. The authors study the effect of secondary doping by monovalent metals (Li, Na, Tl) on thermoluminescent properties CaB4O7: Dy.
