Currents of thermo-stimulated depolarization with the thin water films are investigated in the wide temperature range. The results indicate the influence of electrically active substrate on the regularities ofphase and structural transitions in thin films ofpolar liquids and indicate multilayer physically heterogeneous structure of these films.
