The thorny path of the socially oriented "digitalized" economy

It is a question of the need to modernize the economy at the present stage of development of the Russian Federation, taking into account the experience of foreign countries and the use of the latest technologies and approaches. The opinion is expressed that the state’s desire to take a leading position in the global economic system should be accompanied by the implementation of measures to support entrepreneurial activities, taking into account the development of human capital and the development of the labor market not only in the mega-centers of the country, but throughout Russia.
