Territorial organization of economy and problems of agrarian policy in the USSR regions

Issues of territorial organisation of population and economy, namely, territorial peculiarities of rural population resettlement, organisation and development of economy are considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the Soviet experience of centralisation as dominating factor in agrarian policy.
