Territorial organization of population in Russian and Ukrainian boundary regions

Structure of population in Russian and Ukrainian Boundary Regions is analysed in the article, its depth is estimated, comparison of Russian and Ukrainian boundary territories after the index of demographical situation and settling is made, influence of state border on territorial organisation of population of the region is determined.
