Territorial jurisdiction of disputes with bailiffs considered under the rules of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the General rule of territorial jurisdiction, fixed in the Code of administrative procedure of the Russian Federation. The rule provided by the legislator that when determining jurisdiction, it is necessary to determine not only the location of the defendant, but also the territory to which his powers extend, leads in practice to the consideration of disputes at the place of residence of the plaintiff. According to the author, such enforcement is erroneous.
