Territorial development of Russia: problems and ways of solution

The article analyzes the features and existing shortcomings of the territorial development of individual regions of Russia. Measures are proposed to eliminate the current situation. The article presents an analysis of various approaches to understanding the category of "institutions of development". The regions that active use the institutions of development on their territories are identified. The author proposed the term “territorial institution of development”.
