Areas of advanced social and economic development as the mechanism of foreign investment''S attraction in the russian economy

Investment climate is investigating by author from the position of system approach according to which this category represents complexity and open socio-economic structure. Areas of advanced social and economic development are researching as the mechanism offoreign investment's attraction with the aim of structural transformation of the national economy due to it's approbation in the Far East region. Based on the economic-technological development areas' experience proposals are given in relation to Russian's Far East areas of advanced social and economic development, realization of which encourages formation of conditions for levelling general and efferent tendency as a whole in relation of national investment climate with the possibility of achieving the wave diffusion of investment.
