The territory of advanced social and economic development is a source of investment development of the region (on the example of the Penza region)

In the context of the digitalization of the economy, the subjects of the Russian Federation have problems of their innovative and investment development. The main problems are related to the insufficient number of strategic development programs for the regions, the shortage of highly qualified personnel, and the low investment attractiveness of the regions. In this regard, the need for transformation of the regional economy, namely the development of territories of advanced social and economic development (TASED), becomes obvious. Territories of advanced social and economic development are created in order to create favorable conditions for attracting investment, ensuring development and creating comfortable conditions for the life of the population.
