The scientific article is devoted to the general issues of the qualification of the crime provided for in Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the provisions of Article 35 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is carried out in order to determine the place of the concept of "terrorist community" among the forms of complicity fixed by the legislator.
