Terrorism as undermining the state security

Currently, terrorism is the most urgent topic, as it represents the greatest danger to the peace and security of mankind. This article also provides methods of combating terrorism. In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to toughen the methods of combating terrorist acts, as well as to toughen sanctions of the criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the commission of such a particularly dangerous crime as terrorism. When considering cases related to terrorism, it is necessary to take into account the identity of terrorist criminals, which can help in the disclosure and consideration of other cases related to manifestations of terrorism.
