The digital millennium copyright act (DMCA) as a way to prevent copyright and related rights on the Internet

In this article, the author has carried out a comprehensive analysis of The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in order to identify gaps and contradictions in the legal regulation of the protection of copyright and related rights, which makes it possible to develop specific measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of ways to protect them and to improve existing technical and legal measures.
