This article examines the processes taking place in the Russian language and culture of speech in the expanses of Internet socio-cultural space of modern society. It also analyzes the state of the constantly changing modern Russian language in relation to the literary classics and the rules of orthography in general. The paper shows the changes to which the Internet communication leads, the pros and cons of communication on the Internet.
