Effective educational process, standing on a strong theoretical, methodological and well-built practical Foundation, is always the basis for the successful implementation of social requirements put forward by the state to prepare active, competent, aimed at the creative activity of members of society. Successful, in the social sense of the word, personality at the present stage is in demand in various fields.

People who are ready for transformation, understand the importance of improving their professional skills, looking for new ways for their development, objectively assess the reality and direct their creative power to improve the social development of society, are always the support of the state, understand their role in the life of society and the meaning of their lives.

The life of modern man is full of stress and experiences. Our ancestors irritation or experience react action. Escapes production — you need to catch up, attacking the enemy — you need to defend. All emotions and experiences can be displayed in action. In this regard, it is possible to consider such a type of sequential movements as dance and how it affects a person.

For people who are engaged in choreography, the concept of dance, everyone experiences different emotions when dancing. But in our study, after V.Kozlov we use this concept of dance and put in it the following meaning: a

Form of art in which the artistic image is created through rhythmic plastic movements and changes in the expressive positions of the human body.

Dance is inextricably linked with music, emotional and figurative content of which is embodied in its movements, figures and composition. After analyzing this concept, you can see that the dance and its component is understood only through emotions. In this regard, there is an interest to delve into the study of how dance affects a person and what a person experiences. The main thing in the dance is not the technique, but its emotional component. I fully agree with her, because the dance involves personality — body, intellect, soul, because all this is a single whole.

It's no secret that looking at a person who moves you can understand what his mental illness, but it's not always easy. Researchers said that the dance of a mentally ill person is fundamentally different from a healthy one, and many believe that with the help of movements, dance therapy can be cured. Dancing officially and quite long recognized cure. After all, they are not only able to cheer up, but also to get rid of many serious ailments. Long before the term "Psychophysics" appeared, the inner States of man are connected with his body. In other words, if you move in a certain direction, i.e. dance, you can relax and recover from mental imbalance. "People, press hands to hearts and listen to their souls — then you will understand, as need dance", genuinely believing, that even the most big sadness, fears and the negative thought leave human during dance. The power of dance has its own rhythm, normalizes power of the person.

Only in the middle of the XX century therapeutic effect of dance found scientific confirmation. One of the first dance therapists was Marian chase. After analyzing the literature, it became clear what exactly scientists studied and study with the help of dance, the emotional and spiritual state of a person. Such scientists as A. Gerson, C. Whitacre, V. Banberry believe that dance improves the nervous system. It produces a large number of substances that are responsible for nerve fibers. Improves brain activity of both hemispheres: one regulates the work of imaginative thinking, which is activated by improvisation, the second is responsible for the logic of movements. This improvement contributes to the dancer's coordination and agility. Was conducted studies which aimed to highlight the impact of the lesson of choreography for different age groups.

The influence of choreography can be both positive and negative. In the dance, a person feels what he can not feel in the ordinary world, he goes to another reality. As for the influence of dance on different ages, children from 3 to 5 years can be compared with teenagers who are engaged in 10 years (17-19 years), fantasy manifests itself depending on the style of dance, the image in which a person dances. The dance can influence recent situation. Emotional release is during the class. The interview with some participants of the test helped me to make sure that the dance is a way to Express my emotions, as for many — it is a good physical preparation. Many Dance gives the opportunity to realize themselves, their creative ideas, enjoy some small achievements and just relax from the workload of everyday Affairs. Dance is a means of expressing beauty, one of the arts, so it gives you the opportunity to join the culture and art, to learn to understand the beauty in the ordinary.
