The issue of attitude to historical reality of the work "There is no future without historical memory"

First President of our country I.A. Karimov after a meeting with a group of historian scientists and mass media employees, his work "There is no future without historical memory" was published. This work was based on the emergence of new scientific directions in the development of historical science, new views on the issue of attitude to history. I.A. Karimov spoke about the historical past of the Uzbek people, the absence of a single scientific concept in the study of the history of its statehood, and called on the historian scientists to pay more attention in this area.

I.A Karimov noted that "Self-awareness begins with the knowledge of history. This fact, which does not require proof, must be raised to the level of Public Policy." It is necessary not to allow monotony, sub-opinions in the coverage of history, "only those conclusions that are the fruit of discussion, Discussion, Analysis will guide us in the right way". Every Uzbek child of the first president of our country is repeatedly aware of the need to ask himself the questions "Who were my ancestors, the beginning of my nation was recorded, how he stood on his feet, how he underwent the process of recovery, formation". In this regard, "whether the true history of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek people, is created today, which is worth to convey to the general public " and states that in the era of the Soviets, it is necessary to reconsider the history on the basis of false ideas.

He calls on Uzbek scientists not to belittle the scientific research of Russian scientists: "why are the studies analyzed in detail the development of statehood, socio-political, economic, cultural life of our country in such a huge period? We have archeology, history, oriental studies and a number of other institutions. What are the specialists engaged in, Where are they looking? When the Uzbek statehood appeared". As a man at the head of the newly formed independent state of Uzbekistan, the first president of our country is ready to give his life and existence to this work, the issue of statehood is increasingly becoming vital. He says that the solution to this issue is wanted to know not only the president, but the whole people. "In what century did Uzbek statehood appear? take? Scientists who are engaged in propaganda, propaganda work, maybe already come to an opinion? But so far neither from the press nor from the textbooks, I have not been able to find answers to these questions".

Although the study of the history of Uzbek statehood is currently a very topical issue, it is of acute political importance: "there are still forces in Uzbekistan that are not statehood, are campaigning behind the scenes, are trying to break this idea into our minds and, if necessary, are trying to trust the international community... The main task of the Uzbek historians today is to prove that this claim is false, to create a history based on the scientific point of view of our statehood".

The opinions expressed by our compatriots on our ancient history remain relevant to the historian scientists. "What civilization is the product of our rich culture today? Since there is such a culture, did it create a people who lived on this land, or did it appear in a deserted place?"

In the creation of the history of statehood, the following statements of our president are becoming a program for every historian to study history: "any civilization is the product of many peoples, nations, nationalities activities and mutually effective influence...".

Historian scientists "...you create the true history of our nation, so that it may give spiritual strength to our people and awaken their pride. While we want to take our country to a new level, to a new high finish, we need a light. The basis of this idea lies in the realization of the identity of our people. Without knowing the true history, however, self-awareness is not possible"

The first president of our country, thinking about what it is necessary to start the restoration of our true history, said: "first of all, it is necessary to define the holistic concept of the study of our rich past of many millennia, that is, the program, the style of scientific research, the scientific institutions that carry out the task, the potential in them, the... Clearly, the stages are conducted comprehensive research on the basis of the specified program". Our work style is clear, the programming way of creating our history is shown brilliantly. So now the issue has remained in the provision of mature personnel of each scientific institution, in the comprehensive Organization of scientific work on selected topics. The study of"the stages of formation and development of the first statehood in the territory of Uzbekistan" is one of the topical topics of our historians. This topic will only find its solution through the science of archeology and the method of comparing archaeological sources with the first statehood of the ancient Eastern world, more precisely, with the history of the city-states formed during the Bronze Age in the regions of Mesopotamia, ancient India, well, near and Middle East. As Karimov noted," for the implementation of this task, the institutions of history, Oriental Studies, Archaeology under the Academy demand a change in their work". At the meeting with historians, the president of our country emphasized the necessity of covering the history of Uzbek statehood on the basis of primary sources. The creator of the theme "History of Uzbek statehood" was the first president I.A.Karimov.

Until independence, this expression was not used by historians. In this way, historians have not dealt with the topic of the formation of statehood on the territory of Uzbekistan, we cannot say. Although such topics as "the formation of the first Sino-relations in Central Asia", "the statehood relations that existed in Central Asia until the time of the Ahmanian Empire " were intensively discussed by historians, statehood was not interpreted as the history of the national statehood of Indigenous Peoples. Thanks to the great opportunity given to independence, we were all given the opportunity to enjoy our spiritual heritage "hidden" in the bosom of the past. Our architectural monuments, which have become ruins, have been restored and manifest themselves to the world.
