Текст научной статьи The main point of concept and education culture personality
Personality culture in the system of a particular social group made up largely spontaneous man with a senior child imitates, learns to perform certain rules of behavior, learns the basic concepts of this culture; those. It takes the value system, which is typical for the culture of the society. This process ensures the reproduction of a culture and its continuity: thus evolved over the centuries, such as the culture of Russian noble officers, the culture of the Russian peasantry, and wider - Russian culture in general. But in order for a person possessed culture, must be consistent enough to be acted upon at a very early age. And here we meet with one of the most important cultural phenomena -from education institution.
The different socio-cultural situations, the process of education takes on many forms. For example, the spontaneous folding of culture characteristic of a natural education: identity is formed not so much systematic and calculated exposure as a specific example, one or other comments on different occasions (for example, learn to shoot a hat, going to church, or to interrupt their elders, or without reminders perform their duties on the farm etc.). The family as a sociocultural environment has a significant impact on the future socio-cultural world of the child. Listening to the conversations of senior (which necessarily affects the value system appears peculiar to a given culture), the child also acquires the necessary elements of culture, and above all its basis - the emotional and value orientation. Of course, such education is not completely unconscious, because just bringing up somehow keeps in mind the set of cultural and psychological properties that he wants to see in the students, but also quite systematic and targeted it also will not name.
In terms of socio-pedagogical extremely important factor in the quality of education the environment is "street", significantly affects the emerging personality.
But in society there is a system and directed the formation of culture and management. There appears upbringing of the second kind: a conscious and directed action on the individual and society as a whole, the formation of the value system and management culture.
The most powerful tool of such education is tradition - a set of ideas, customs, habits, and skills practice, transmitted from generation to generation, acting regulators of public relations. Despite the fact that the content of the traditions are extremely volatile, it usually means that the concept of an element of culture, which is considered a source of social stability and legitimacy.
Another powerful tool is education standards - rules governing indicating the boundaries of their application. Social norms - performance standards and rules of conduct expected of members of a group or society, and is supported by sanctions, they organize and regulate social interactions. The denial of the social norms and values accepted in society is anti-social behavior. Moral norms regulate domestic human behavior, dictate an unconditional claim to act in a particular situation so and not otherwise, and are fixed in the commandments, and other ideas about ways how a person should behave.
As social-pedagogical factor significantly influencing the development and formation of the person are the media (the media). They are often children and adolescents, through them, made a significant impact on the masses.
The involvement of the person to the popular culture, which claims mainly traditional values, rooted in the historical memory is enough reliable protection against acts arbitrarily sophisticated cultural operators.
However, in the XX century., Especially in the second half, almost all countries and regions there is a significant weakening of the influence of traditional folk culture and even its gradual disappearance. Destruction of national culture and its value system contributes to the rapid development of civilization that "modernizes" the former "hinterland", blurs the line between the center and the provinces, cities and the countryside. The most important and perhaps the most pernicious role in the destruction of popular culture play a rapidly progressive media. If a newspaper and radio still somehow got along with popular culture, television has already succumbed to serious blow. The media are damaging to national culture and of themselves (cutting leisure, almost nullify the national artistic creativity, life upgrading, changing the traditional mentality, etc.), but even more by the fact that with them in the common system of values invade shoddy values discussed above mass culture. However, the latter gets into people and other channels associated with the development of civilization: via audio and video tapes, all kinds of advertising, everyday objects, etc. Thus, now the individual participation in popular culture can not be considered a reliable protection against the culture of official pressure.
There is a self-development and social rights. It is the process of social self-improvement depends largely on what kind of a person is formed out of the man. Knowing how the social self-development of the individual, allows caregiver (parent entity, it is replaced, teachers and so on.) To predict its dynamics, to explore the possibility of directional influence on the conditions of its course, and through them to the process.
Any human act, if it is to some extent influenced by other people and not indifferent to the interests of society, is appreciated by others. We appreciate it as good or bad, right or wrong, fair or unfair. In this case, we use the concept of morality.
Morale in the literal sense of the word is understood as a custom character, usually. Often, as a synonym of the word using the concept of ethics, meaning habit, habit, custom. The other meaning of "ethics" is used as a philosophical science that studies morality. Depending because as assimilated and accepted human morality, the extent to which he relates his beliefs and behavior with valid moral norms and principles, it is possible to judge its level of morality.
In other words, morality - is a personal characteristic that unites the qualities and properties as kindness, decency, honesty, truthfulness, fairness, hard work, discipline, teamwork, regulating individual behavior.
Human behavior is evaluated by the degree of compliance with certain rules. If such rules were not, the same action would be assessed from different positions, and people could not come to a consensus well or badly done person. The rule has a general nature, extending to many of the same acts, is called moral norms.
Norma - is usually a requirement that determines how a person should do in a particular situation. The moral norm may encourage the child to specific actions and activities, and may prohibit or warn them. The rules determine the order of the relationship with the community, the staff and other people.
Standards are combined into groups depending on the areas of human relations in which they operate. For each region (professional, international relations, etc.) Is its initial start, which are subject to the rules principles?
For example, the standards in a professional environment, the relationship between people of different nationalities are governed by moral principles of mutual respect, internationalism, and others.
The concepts of morality, having a universal character, that is, covering not individual relationships, and all areas of the relationship, prompting the man everywhere guided by them are called moral categories.
These include categories such as good and justice, duty, honor, dignity, and happiness, and others.
Perceiving the requirements of morality as the rules of life, the company develops the concept of the moral ideal, pattern of moral behavior sought by adults and children, considering it reasonable, useful, beautiful. Moral norms, causes, categories, ideals accepted by people belonging to a particular social group and act as a form of social moral consciousness.
However, morality - is not only a form of social consciousness, but also the shape of the individual moral consciousness as man has its own particular spiritual edifice, especially its views, feelings and emotions. These personal manifestations always painted the public consciousness. Lessons and adopted person's standards, principles, categories, ideals at the same time expressed its specific relationship to other people, to himself, to his work, to nature. The content of the educational work of the teacher, the class teacher on the formation of students' moral culture and the formation of these groups of relations.
