Текст научной статьи The role of modern pedagogical technologies in the teaching of legal sciences

Proceeding from the requirements of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on education”, as well as the “National Program of Personnel Training”, we can say that one of the important tasks facing educators today is the effective organization of the educational process, as well as the effective use of innovative technologies. Therefore, it is possible for teachers to correctly choose and apply the necessary tools for the organization of the lesson at the level of the period Talabi, to make the lesson process interesting and to make students at the level of the period Talabi staff. Today in our country there are enough opportunities to combine and improve the scientific potential of specialists. And the provision of a unit of theory and practice paved the way to determine the true essence of modern pedagogical technology.

The teacher creates conditions for the development, formation, acquisition and education of a person in the implementation of modern pedagogical technology in the educational process and at the same time performs the function of directing management. Therefore, the role of modern teaching methods, interactive methods, innovation technologies in the training of qualified professionals in educational institutions is unequivocally great. Bunda's knowledge, experience and interactive techniques of pedagogical technology and pedagogical skills ensure that students have an educated, mature qualification.

The formation of the legal consciousness and thinking of the student in each direction in the educational process is one of the pressing issues of today. Negaki said," We need to change the old psychology of people, to form a new legal consciousness in them. So let everyone feel deeply that human freedoms are at the same time a certain duty, obligation and responsibility.”

In the process of teaching legal subjects in all disciplines, the support of modern pedagogical technologies in the formation of legal concepts, the use of new teaching methods, innovative methods is a practical necessity.

Each teacher should learn about the application of new pedagogical technologies in the process of lessons, its essence, purpose and functions, and after developing scientifically based information and practical trips, modern pedagogical and Information Technologies about them, it should be introduced into the educational system, effectively applied.

In particular, the process of formation of legal consciousness and thinking in students is carried out through modern pedagogical technologies on the basis of the following principles:

  • 1.    To acquaint readers with the essence and important features of legal terms;

  • 2.    Understanding the content of legal consciousness and thinking, that is, to identify important signs of legal concepts;

  • 3.    To form the skills to rely on understanding in the performance of cognitive tasks;

  • 4.    Classification of legal terms and their implementation in one system.

It should be noted that in the field of law of vital activity, the following law theories play an important role in the activity aimed at forming a set of characteristics of the pupil:

  •    formation of a system of close goal-legal knowledge;

  •    intermediate goal-formation of legal trust;

  •    the ultimate goal is the formation of a legal, socially active habit of behavior.

It is necessary to pay special attention to several aspects in the use of modern pedagogical technologies in law disciplines. That is , in the process of teaching, every educational technology used to achieve the Guaranteed Result on purpose should be able to organize cooperation activities between the teacher and the student, both of which can achieve a positive result, in the process of teaching, students should be able to express their critical independent thoughts, be able to work creatively, be able to search,

It should be noted that the use of pedagogical technologies in the teaching of specialty subjects has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the lesson. Below we will analyze several modern pedagogical technologies and innovative techniques.

If we take the technology of "problematic teaching", then in the lesson the teacher exposes a number of problematic situations on the subject matter, and in the case of solving the problem, he will divide the students into small groups and give each group separate assignments. Through the application of this method, students are formed the skills of searchability, observability, concentration of attention in one place, independent expression of one's own opinion.

Through the” Case study "method, the formation of students' knowledge, skills and abilities is of particular importance in increasing their potential. An effective aspect of these techniques is that the teacher will give the students in advance the topics to be covered in the plan as well as the list of available literature. In this, it is desirable that the students are divided into separate groups and prepare.

When working with the project method, students can first collect materials that are inherent in the subject, arrange the materials on the basis of slides, prepare their own independent test, crossword. In this process, the students in the group will be able to distribute the assignment as well as the specified time based on their abilities. Each group will present a timely presentation of the subject set out in the plan and at the same time distribute the tests prepared on the subject to each other. Hence, this method can be said to be important in shaping the creative skills of the teacher, while at the same time requiring both rational and scientific and analytical research from the student. Because the teacher gives his critical views to the students on the prepared presentation and keeps track of their work activities. In

Bunda, the student both studies and learns to teach, in short, both learns and teaches.

The "blis-poll" method is aimed at teaching students how to properly organize the sequence of actions, logical thinking, choosing what is needed from within the data, thereby correctly assessing the knowledge they have acquired. In this method, the student first works independently individually, and then in small groups, having transferred his thoughts to others or being in harmony with others.

Also, FSMU, Bumerang, Ven diagram, Smart attack, cluster techniques serve to increase students' deep scientific and educational potential in the same time of mastering topics. According to pedagogical observations, the formation of legal consciousness and thinking of students through the above innovative methods is positive in the following cases::

  •    at the beginning of training problematic situations students will be able to express the subject of a proposal or a predicate issuance of special problematic assignments;

  •    the reader's difficulties through problematic situations to cope, to seek innovative methods and actions to demand;

  •    influence on the motivation circle of students from the third, that is, generating internal moving power, gaining interest in science;

  •    from the quatrain, the pupils are creative (unique, non-standard) perfection of their abilities, logical thinking in them, thinking develop skills.

In conclusion, it is no doubt that the process of teaching not only the legal sciences, but also each subject is based on modern pedagogical technologies and new technical tools will yield a good result. Because modern pedagogical technology is such a sphere of knowledge that in the new millennium in their means there will be a radical turn in the state's policy in the field of education, teacher activity will be renewed, a system of free thinking, human feelings will be formed in the student youth. At the same time, a new approach to the design of the educational process on the basis of a new education system, content, curriculum, textbooks is also a requirement of the period of organization. After all, there are still tasks that need to be studied in this direction and introduced into practice, such as studying issues and finding solutions to them. Such tasks impede the implementation of responsible work on every teacher of science.

In this regard, it is worthwhile to pay attention to the following issues:

  • •    the need for technical means, technical opportunities, which will be necessary when passing lessons through new pedagogical technologies, always and in every classroom;

  • •    in the application of each specific modern method, this method corresponds to the individual characteristics of the reader;

  • •    to be able to relate the selected method to the subject of the lesson;

  • •    establishment of short and effective methods of professional development due to the fact that the activities in this field are subject to the study of innovations every day;

  • •    wider use of the achievements of the relevant institutions in the professional development of teachers who teach in the specialty disciplines of the direction of training pedagogical personnel;

  • •    based on world experience in preparing future personnel for innovative activities;

  • •    in the application of each method, the teacher must constantly monitor the outcome of this method, critically evaluate it, etc.
