One of the individual psychological traits of the individual is ability. Capability is important in the lives of people. Each person chooses a profession based on his / her talents, abilities, talents. Although the external world is a characteristic of all living beings, each individual has a different attitude to him. Therefore, when the classification of the psychic phenomena is of particular interest, three groups are in focus.

- psychological features. Psychological features are generally taken as psychology in the context of the particular subject matter, in which the individual's relationships with the external world and the inner world, the power of influence, the level, duration, etc. are taken as the basis.
Personal characteristics of a person are the following characteristics that allow the individual to be different from one another: temperament, character, ability.
Disadvantages are such psychological features of a person, that knowledge, skill, skill can be attributed to these qualities. These features are relevant to this knowledge, skill, and skill. Skills, abilities, and skills are seen as an opportunity.

The qualitative characteristics of skills enable a person to easily find himself in the field of labor activity (design, pedagogy, economics, sports, etc.), to achieve great successes and achievements. The qualitative characteristics of the skills depend on their quantitative characteristics.
The problem of quantitative measurement of skills in psychology has a long history. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a number of bourgeois scholars (Kettel, Thermen, Spirmen, and others) proposed to determine the level of talent of the trainees in the light of the requirements associated with the necessity of choosing a profession for mass professions. However, such views were in the interest of the ruling circles, which meant that they were "capable". Mental talent tests were used to measure skills.
Disadvantages are not present beyond the individual's specific work, but their composition takes place in the process of education and upbringing. Thus, the most reliable way of identifying skills is to determine the dynamics of child achievement in the learning process. The child can make informed conclusions about the size, strength and weakness of capabilities, depending on how they can acquire knowledge and skills through the help of adults and how they receive this kind of assistance. In addition, other skills may be used to determine the skills.
The skill structure is determined by the specific type of activity. An activity can have several capabilities. For example, pedagogical activity includes pedagogical behavior, observation, love of the child, boredom and so on. One of them can be the leader, and the rest can be auxiliary. A high level of talent development is called talent. This talent is a complex of skills that can enable a successful, independent, and original work to be accomplished. Awakening of talents depends on social conditions. For example, the market economy “sells them all”.
Separate, single-mindedness can not be compared to talent, even though it has reached a very high level of development and is brilliant. The memory, the wisdom of the mind, the breadth of application, and the way to the talent, lead to talent. We see the qualities of this kind in the case of famous people.
The demand structure is ultimately determined by the nature of the requirement that this activity entails. It is related to general and specific abilities. A number of talented children have been able to identify some of the most important skills. The accumulation of such abilities makes up a mental talent structure. In this way, the first characteristic of a person is a serious readiness, craving, and a serious readiness. The second feature is related to the first feature - willingness to work, to work, to work. The third characteristic is directly related to intelligent activity: the peculiarities of this thinking, the speed of thinking processes, the sophistication of intelligence, the abundance of analysis and generalization, the high productivity of mental activity. The ability of a person to carry out his / her own speech and to have a strong influence on the other person is of great importance in the person's activities. Therefore, in psychology a series of researches on this problem are being carried out.
